Yes, currently our on-site sessions are available only for students in Jakarta. If you're outside Jakarta, we encourage you to use our online tutoring sessions. We're working on expanding our reach soon!

Most tutoring sessions last 90 to 120 minutes, depending on what you need. If you want more time, you can also book back-to-back sessions with advance notice.

Both are possible. We provide two different payment scheme that you may choose, to pay in advance or in the following month. See our Plans & Pricing menu for more detail.

If you need to reschedule a session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust the tutor's schedule accordingly.

If your tutor cannot attend, we will help you reschedule for a later time. If the lesson is urgent, we will also try to arrange a substitute tutor so you can keep learning without a long delay.

We strive to match you with the best tutor. If the assigned tutor isn't the right fit, we'll gladly find a new tutor for you.

We'll send a monthly report personally typed by the tutors regarding the student's progress. But parents can always ask for a daily progress by Admin's WhatsApp !

You can come to us for private tutoring in IB, IGCSE, and Cambridge subjects. Support depends on the level and subject, so share your school, year level, and subject needs, and we will help match you with the right tutor.

We match you based on the curriculum, subject, year level, learning goals, and preferred lesson format. If the first tutor is not the right fit, we can arrange another one so you get the right support.

Yes. If you are outside Jakarta, online tutoring is a good option. It lets students learn from home while still receiving personalized support for IB, IGCSE, or Cambridge subjects.

For online lessons, the student should have a stable internet connection, a device with audio and video, and the relevant class materials or homework. This helps the tutor make each session focused and productive.
