Yes, currently our on-site sessions are available only for students in Jakarta. If you're outside Jakarta, we encourage you to use our online tutoring sessions. We're working on expanding our reach soon!

Each tutoring session lasts between 90 to 120 minutes, depending on your needs. You can also schedule back-to-back sessions with prior notice.

Both are possible. We provide two different payment scheme that you may choose, to pay in advance or in the following month. See our Plans & Pricing (https://www.tutorific.id/plans-pricing#plans-pricing)menu for more detail.

If you need to reschedule a session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust the tutor's schedule accordingly.

If your tutor can't attend a session, we'll reschedule it for a later date. If the lesson is urgent, we'll assign a substitute tutor to ensure you don't miss out.

We strive to match you with the best tutor. If the assigned tutor isn't the right fit, we'll gladly find a new tutor for you.

We'll send a monthly report personally typed by the tutors regarding the student's progress. But parents can always ask for a daily progress by Admin's WhatsApp !
